Its that time of year again
It’s that time of year again. When the Halloween decorations and candy start popping up everywhere. Also the weather supposedly gets colder but that, for some reason, is being delayed. I love this time of year. The nights start sooner, the weather gets cold, and I typically see my family more this time of year. I love the night and this time of year starts sooner. Also it gets much colder, which I also love. That combined with it getting darker sooner is just perfect. I love the cold nights and cold mornings that are so cold it leaves a layer of frost on the grass, thin layers of ice on the windshield, and frosty breath. I tend to see my family more during these next few months as well. With Holidays like Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and new year’s coming up I see a lot of family that I don’t see on a regular basis. It’s nice to catch up and talk about our lives and what we are doing. Thanksgiving all my local family get together and have a nice dinner with everyone. Christmas is the most memorable holiday of the year. For as long as I’ve lived my grandma has made some bomb Cioppino. It’s delicious and she cooks it every year on Christmas eve. We invite a ton of family members over and have a feast and we open presents. It’s just such a nice time and everyone is just so happy. I look forward to Christmas eve every single year. I just love the winter so much and I can’t wait for it to actually get cold.

How to do the Diet

The Most Important Thing to Have While on a Diet/Exercise

The two most important thing to have while on a diet or watching what you eat is to have discipline and a will power. You have to have both of these to even start. You need to be persistent and don’t let yourself cave to temptations. You have to decide that you are going to initiate the diet and follow through. And to follow through you will need those two things, discipline and will power.

Once you begin eating good it can be difficult to continue this habit. You might go to Santa Cruz for example and see those delicious, delectable deep fried Oreos. You have to have exceptional will power to pass those babies up. For your information those Oreos are worth every penny.

There will also be nights when you want to absolutely nothing but you planned to exercise. It takes strong will power to get off your lazy butt and go exercise. I however, am an extremely lazy person and bed is so comfortable. So It is hard for me to leave and exercise. But when I do it feels great. I’m tired and ready for a nap. That last statement shows just how lazy I am.

I lack the will power to stay on healthy foods. I can exercise with ease because I find it fun but once I see some bomb food I can’t help it. To be successful in your diet You need to have these two things. Will power to start your diet and disciple to keep you eating healthy.

major key

Major Key

The road to happiness in life is different to everyone. It may be rich out of your mind, to have a family, to get a promotion. It can be anything. What if I told you that you can be happy with less than a dollar to your name? Would u believe me?

My great grandma lived a healthy long life and a lot of it was a struggle. She was born in Italy, raised in Italy and married in Italy. Her husband grew up in the same area of Italy. Just after World War II my great grandpa used what little money he had to come to America to start a new, better life. They could not afford to send them both at the same time so my great grandma was stuck in Italy. However, she did not have to wait long. A little less than a year later she had saved enough to join her husband in America. They started their American lives in 1954. They could not speak English, nor had any special skills to anything other than labor jobs. They only had each other to keep them going. And that was all they needed. They had a family to care for, to feed, to clothe. And they worked themselves to exhaustion to make sure the family was happy. And they were, because they had each other.

My great grandfather never quite knew English. He could understand it but could only speak very broken English. But he was the happiest man I have ever met. Even at 94 years of age he would smile and laugh at just about everything. My great grandma was the same. Having broken conversations and making jokes in broken English. They were jolly and happy, but with no money. How? Because they had each other and because they had a loving family supporting them. They were always smiling. Even until their final breathes. Both have since passed.

You can be rich and not have a dime, you can be happy and own nothing, you can smile. If you have people who care for you or people you care for then true happiness is closer than you think. We don’t need materialistic things to be happy as long as we have someone to push us through and fight for then happiness is right around the corner.

Play for the Rest of Your Life

Golf- The Sport You Can Play the Rest of Your Life.
Golf, unlike many sports, does not take as much physical exertion as something like soccer or football. Golf is a slow paced game that requires "pin" point accuracy. It’s a game of knowledge and precision rather than power and strength. For example, football is a very physically demanding sport that requires your best physical stamina and pushes that to its limits. The oldest football player on the NFL right know is 41 years of age. The oldest golfer was 77 years of age. Golf is a sport of form and technique and, more often than not, the ones with a better technique hit the ball farther than the ones who swing faster. Golf is a sport that you can play no matter your age and still be able to compete and have a good time on the course. When I go golfing I will see guys older than my grandpa out there hitting the ball just as far as I do.
Football, soccer, baseball and nearly every other sport require you to be in your prime to be able to play and compete. Not to mention the countless number of injuries that come from the physical sports. The injuries acquired while playing also deteriorate your body leaving you not as capable to do play other sports. Golf is not physical in the least bit (Unless you make it). Golf is a sport you can play well into your life and still be good at it. It’s also a great way to enjoy nature and relieve stress. I definitely suggest taking this sport up.
