Stressful Times
I don’t know
about anyone else but, for me, this is the most stressful time of the year.
With project and essay due dates coming up, finals right around the corner,
Christmas, and now the presidential elections. The stress is starting to build
up and I’m trying to find ways to cope. One of the most effective ways is
laughter. I like to laugh and make people laugh, so I’ll go over to a friend’s
house or sometime play some Smash Bros in between classes with some friends. It’s
a good stress reliever to be surrounded by friends and have a good time. I also
relieve stress by playing some Xbox. However, I only play on the weekends so
that I can focus on school. Playing games and chatting with friends online
makes me laugh and makes me forget about the world for a while. Another way to
relieve stress is exercise. I run once in a blue moon and that helps me get my
mind off things. And even though I have not been out golfing in a while, I golf
with friends or with my brother and it helps. Unless I play like shit, then I just
get furious. But it usually helps with forgetting the worries at home and
school. Stress like most anything else
in the universe does not last forever and will go away with time. Right now, I have
to take one thing at a time and it will all be over soon.
Hey Clayton! Chillax my brother, it will all be over soon, just take it a day at a time and do not let stress dictated your attitude even though it is so tempting (:
